FISHING AUTOTOUR ON THE RIVERS OF KAMCHATKA
Operation period - from July till October
Right from the airport you will start the fishing trip on the rivers of Kamchatka. Driving by car from the South (the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky) northwards (to Esso village). A very experienced fishing guide (he is also a car driver) will lead you the whole trip through. During the trip you'll fish on 5-8 rivers. The guide will show you the best places for fishing, where you can enjoy angling various kinds of fish depending on the river and the time of fish migration. On the way from one place to the other you can bathe in natural thermal hot springs. Camping for nights, but at request or if the weather is bad, accommodation at hotels in Paratunka resort area and in small home-like private hotels in the villages on the way.
Approximate plan
Day 1. Arrival at the airport, transfer to the Plotnikova river. Fishing. Camping for the night.
Day 2. Transfer to the Bystraya River, on the way bathing in Malkinskie thermal hot springs.
Days 3-4-5-6-7. Fishing on the rivers, transfer to Esso village and back. Superb scenery and wildlife: mountain ridges, volcanoes, there is a chance to see brown bears. Camping or accommodation at hotels
Day 8. The end of the fishing. Transfer to the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, accommodation at a hotel.
Day 9.City tour. Visiting fish market. Purchase of souvenirs. Transfer to the airport
This tour for a group of 2 persons costs 59 000 RUR per person
One for a group of 4 persons costs 50 000 RUR per person
The tour cost includes:
- Full board in the country part (fishing part) of the tour
- Guide service for the whole trip
- Base-camp equipment (tents, tables…)
- Transport service (off-road bus)
The cost doesn't include:
- Alcoholic drinks cigarettes
- Souvenirs
- Accommodation at hotels and meals during stay in them
- Charge for fishing licenses
Hotel accommodation is paid separately as well as hotel accommodation for the guide in the country part of the tour (not included in the tour cost).
Recommended outfit:
- fishing tackle,
- a bag or backpack for personal things,
- a sleeping bag,
- waders or water boots,
- footware for the camp (training shoes or boots),
- hygienic items, swimming accessories,
- a waterproof jacket with a hood,
- a pullover……vest,
- sunglasses, preferably polarizing ones
- a cap,
- a jack light,
- gloves,
- woolen sockets,
- personal first-aid set,
- mosquito repelling spray.
